SUGARGOO Warehouse Storage and Forwarding Guide

Buying-agent orders and forwarding orders both use a China warehouse, but ownership, tracking submission, storage time and after-sales responsibilities are different.

SUGARGOO can purchase from a seller for the customer, or receive an eligible package that the customer purchased separately through the forwarding workflow. In both cases, warehouse registration is necessary before the item can be inspected, stored or included in an international parcel.

Purchasing order versus forwarding order

For a purchasing order, SUGARGOO places the marketplace order and can communicate with the seller through that transaction. For forwarding, the customer normally buys from the seller directly, uses the assigned warehouse address and submits the domestic tracking information. The customer's seller-side payment and after-sales evidence remain important.

Submitting a forwarding package correctly

  1. Open the current Forwarding workflow in the SUGARGOO account.
  2. Copy the assigned warehouse address and recipient information exactly.
  3. Give the address to the domestic seller.
  4. Enter the correct carrier and tracking number after dispatch.
  5. Review the forwarding inspection agreement and product restrictions.

Do not share the warehouse tracking number publicly. It helps identify the package and connect it to the correct account. Cash-on-delivery packages may not be accepted, so domestic charges should be settled with the seller before dispatch.

Warehouse intake and QC information

After carrier delivery, staff identify and register the package. Available standard photos help confirm visible contents and condition. Forwarding inspection can be more limited than a purchasing order because SUGARGOO did not place the seller transaction.

Monitor storage time

SUGARGOO's public guidance has described different free storage periods for purchasing and forwarding or resale orders. The Packing Center countdown and current policy are the final reference because storage rules can change. Plan parcel submission before expiry or use an available extension service when appropriate.

What to check before international shipping

  • All expected packages are registered to the correct account.
  • QC photos and visible quantities have been reviewed.
  • Domestic seller disputes are resolved before export.
  • Every item is accepted by an available international route.
  • Storage deadlines leave enough time for packing and payment.
  • The destination address and contact details are complete.
Forwarding reminder: SUGARGOO cannot control a marketplace purchase that was made outside its order system. Keep the seller invoice, chat, payment evidence and domestic tracking until the parcel is received.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between buying and forwarding?

With buying service, SUGARGOO places the seller order. With forwarding, the customer usually buys independently and sends the package to the assigned warehouse.

Why must I submit the domestic tracking number?

It helps the warehouse identify the incoming forwarding package and connect it to the correct customer account.

How long can items stay in storage?

Storage periods depend on order type and current policy. Use the live Packing Center countdown and official SUGARGOO rules as the final reference.
