What affects the shipping price
- Destination country or region and postal code
- Actual weight and volumetric weight
- Parcel dimensions, packaging and consolidation choices
- Product type, declared information and route restrictions
- Carrier, service level, fuel surcharges and seasonal capacity
Estimates are not final quotations
A shipping calculator can help you compare likely costs, but the final charge is based on the packed parcel and route available when you submit it. Volumetric weight may be used when a parcel is large relative to its actual weight.
Delivery time
Transit time begins after the parcel is processed and handed to the selected logistics provider. Warehouse processing, flights, customs, public holidays, weather and last-mile delivery can extend the estimate.
Before submitting
- Confirm that every item is eligible for the route and destination.
- Review insurance, packaging and value-added service options.
- Use a complete recipient name, address, postcode and phone number.
- Read the current route notes and customs requirements shown at checkout.
