SUGARGOO Warehouse Services Guide

Warehouse services help identify, inspect, photograph, store and prepare products, but the inspection scope has clear limits that buyers should understand.

When a seller package reaches SUGARGOO Packing Center, staff identify the delivery, register the product, carry out the applicable visual inspection and add the available QC information. The stored item can then be returned, serviced or selected for an international parcel.

Free storage and expiry

The public Help Center currently describes a free storage period beginning when an order changes to the Packing Center status. Because storage rules can change and may differ by order type, the countdown shown inside the customer's live account is the final reference. Arrange a parcel or purchase an available extension before expiry.

What standard inspection checks

For ordinary purchasing orders, visual inspection can compare visible style, quantity, colour, size labels and model information with the order record. Staff also check for obvious exterior damage or dirt and screen for prohibited items. Large 1688 quantity orders can use sampling rules rather than an individual full inspection of every unit.

Important inspection limits

Standard inspection does not guarantee authenticity, functionality, internal construction, material composition, exact fit or long-term quality. Sealed goods and professional electronics may receive only non-destructive exterior checks. Original packaging may need to remain unopened unless a safety or prohibited-item check requires access.

QC photo standards

QC images are designed to show the received product and visible details under warehouse conditions. Review the colour, shape, labels, quantity, accessories and damage as soon as images are available. If one detail determines whether you will keep the item, use an available personalised-photo or measurement service before submitting the parcel.

Product and parcel weight

Product weight includes the received item and its immediate packaging. Estimated parcel weight adds expected outer packing materials. Actual parcel weight becomes available after consolidation and packing, and it can change again if boxes are removed or reinforcement is added.

Warehouse processing time

Intake, inspection, photography, value-added services and parcel packing are separate operations. Processing can be longer during sales events, holidays or unusual volume. Watch the order or parcel status rather than treating a domestic delivery scan as completion.

Use the QC photo checklist before accepting a stored item.

Frequently asked questions

Does warehouse inspection prove authenticity?

No. Standard inspection is visual and cannot authenticate products or guarantee hidden quality and performance.

When does storage time begin?

It normally begins when the item is registered in Packing Center. Follow the live account countdown and current policy.

Why is actual parcel weight different from product weight?

The parcel includes outer packaging, protection and any value-added materials, and some routes also use volumetric weight.
